Refund & Cancellation Policy

We do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

However, if you receive a wrong product, we will process a refund upon verification. To initiate a refund, you must provide proof, such as:

- Unboxing video
- Clear product photos

What Can Be Returned?

You may return an item if it meets any of the following conditions:
- Physically damaged
- Missing parts or accessories
- Defective product
- Different from the description on Ahmed India

To process a return for a wrong product, the customer must provide complete proof of the received item.

Order Cancellation

- Orders can only be canceled before shipping.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
